So some of you may have noticed on our blog the pictures of Brayden with his helmet! We started the whole helmet thing back in December because of a flat spot on the side of his head. He favored one side a little to much and was to stubborn to lay on the otherside resulting in an obvious flat spot on one side. Because of that we decided to place him in a helmet to help correct the problem. I will admit Dave was very skeptical but in the end I can proudly say that it made a difference, a difference of change on that side resulting in 1/2 inch. To you that might not seem much but in the scheme of things its a big change. Today was his doctors appointment and checkup and we can proudly say he is done! NO more HELMET! He is outgrowing it and we have seen all the change that we are going to get from wearing it. They base it on a point scale and he is now at a .5 which for a normal person they wouldn't even consider them being a candidate for the helmet so thats good news. Anyway the helmet I will admit did have some benefits. NO bumps or bruises when he falls and he likes to headbang with it. That will definately change I'm sure. It's going to be different seeing him with hair not covered up by the helmet, but nice not to bother with the trying to keep him from pulling the velcro off too! So here's to no more helmet!

Misty...I hate to say it but I really need to get one of these for koop!!! This last week has been complete torture for the poor guy!! I bet he was pretty excited to get rid of it.
I also noticed that you have a month left until baby girl eliason is here!!! How exciting! Have you come up with any names yet?? We miss you guys tons!!!
